has anyone used DocumentX! to generate chm and html documentation in a build environment. I would like to add a Target in my TFSBuild.proj but haven't figured out the command line tool that is supposed to be shipped with DocumentX!.
 

I still only have the evaluation version but i was hoping that i could ... well maybe i need to buy it first.

Team build features - including an MSBuild task, a command line build tool and accompanying support are available for holders of a team license (5 or more licenses). At present, these features are not available in the evaluation version I'm afraid. Contact support@innovasys.com directly for more information.

HelpStudio has the command line support for building, and it will run the DocX build for you if you want it to.
